Bulkley Valley District Hospital ‘s Main chef and Bulkley Lodge chefs with hospital staff, prepared bruschetta, creamy vegetable soup with Chuck roast with mushroom gravy. Mashed potatoes for a fully served sit down dinner, followed by a flourless chocolate cake for dessert to approx. 3/4’s of our members.
They also decorated the tables with fresh flowers and had a draw for the 4 beautiful baskets and they were going to draw for the flowers also.
The list of donations were to Bulkley Valley Hospital, Bulkley Lodge, and also to the Smithers Community Health Service.
